Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the https://www.snowjamshow.com website and participating in the SnowJam Ski & Snowboard Expo / Virtual Experience / SnowJam Membership operated by Mammoth Promotions Inc DBA SnowJam.
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Purchases & the Information we collect about you
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you will be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your full name as shown on a valid form of ID, email address, date of birth, gender, zip code, phone number and participating sport. We assign a member number to each member purchased. Tracking pixels and cookies are also used to track usage across our website and social media platforms.
Information about you that we use
SnowJam uses age, gender, zip, cell phone number, sport only in the aggregate to help us make decisions about advertising & services we offer. We do not sell this info.
Information about you that we share
SnowJam only shares information about you with the resorts you chose to obtain free and discounted offers from. The resorts are provided with your name and email address.
COVID-19 statement:
An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any place where people gather. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. You assume all risks, hazards, and dangers arising from or relating in any way to the risk of contracting a communicable disease or illness—including, without limitation, exposure to COVID-19 or any other bacteria, virus, or other pathogen capable of causing a communicable disease or illness, whether that exposure occurs before, during, or after the event, and regardless of how caused or contracted—and you hereby waive any and all claims and potential claims against SnowJam LLC, Mammoth Promotions Inc, and the Event Organizer —and against any companies affiliated with SnowJam LLC, Mammoth Promotions Inc, and the Event Organizer—relating to such risks, hazards, and dangers.
SnowJam Membership Term
SnowJam Admission / Membership is a one season program. Participation in our services are valid for the duration of a ski season. i.e. Winter 2022 / 2023. Membership ends automatically at the end of the current winter season. We do not automatically bill our customers for upcoming seasons. SnowJam is not responsible for any injury or death while utilizing discounts or other benefits received through the SnowJam Membership or Expos.
Refund Policy
SnowJam tickets / memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable. SnowJam has fulfilled its obligation to each member upon the issue and delivery via email of the initial Membership document. SnowJam membership includes free admission to SnowJam live and virtual events as well as additional benefits and discounts that are communicated through our websites and through periodical emails we send to the address provided by the member at the time of purchase. While we sincerely hope you can use your membership over and over all season, non-use does not make your purchase refundable. Lift Ticket(s)
SnowJam is not held responsible for the use of lift tickets. Lift tickets are property of the corresponding resort, not SnowJam. Any lift tickets claimed online or at our physical shows must be used in the year they were claimed. Refunds based upon unused lift tickets will not be given out. Lift ticket vouchers hold no cash value and are non-transferable. Anybody caught claiming multiple lift tickets can have their SnowJam Membership document canceled. The use of lift tickets binds the user to the corresponding resort’s terms and conditions.
Lift Ticket Redemption
LIVE SNOWJAM EXPO: Lift Ticket vouchers will be available at the LIVE SnowJam Expo. Upon entry of a SnowJam Expo, all available digital lift ticket vouchers will be claimed for you. You will log into your customer portal to view, download, and print your lift ticket vouchers. You must follow the instructions on each lift ticket voucher to claim. Blackout and other restrictions do apply.
VIRTUAL SNOWJAM EXPO: Lift Ticket vouchers will be available at the VIRTUAL SnowJam Expo during the hours of the live event. Not all resorts participate in the SnowJam Virtual Experience. Read the San Diego or Las Vegas page for details. In order to claim your digital lift ticket vouchers, you will log into your customer portal to view, download, and print your lift ticket vouchers. You must follow the instructions on each lift ticket voucher to claim. Blackout and other restrictions do apply.
If you do not follow either one of the Redemption Instructions, lift ticket vouchers will not be issued to you. Log into your account BEFORE the live SnowJam Expo ends.
If a resort uses physical lift ticket vouchers, it will not show up on your customer portal. Physical lift ticket vouchers can not be re-issued.
Use and Termination
There is a limit of one membership per person, per season. Admissions, lift tickets, discounts and any member benefits may not be shared or used by anyone who is not a current SnowJam member. Memberships are the property of SnowJam and may be rescinded at any time without refund or further notice. Reselling of any benefits or lift tickets is strictly prohibited and considered theft and will be subject to termination of membership and prosecution under state statutes.
