How lift ticket vouchers work
Free lift ticket vouchers are a SnowJam Membership benefit only. General Admission do not include lift tickets.
You must attend the live expo in person. Vouchers are not delivered automatically when you buy online.
Have your SnowJam Membership scanned at the front door to claim eligible vouchers from participating resorts.
Each resort sets its own rules. Blackout dates and restrictions may apply. Follow the redemption rules to use eligible vouchers.

General Admission is expo entry only: shop the sale, meet exhibitors, and enjoy the show. SnowJam Membership adds access to eligible free and discounted lift ticket vouchers that you claim at the live expo and use under each resort’s redemption rules.
Lift ticket vouchers are included only with a SnowJam Membership, not with General Admission. Members attend the live expo, scan their Membership, and claim eligible free and discounted lift ticket vouchers by having the membership scanned at the front doors as you enter the expo. You can upgrade from General Admission to Membership anytime by logging into your account.

Absolutely. SnowJam features a huge ski and snowboard sale with boots, boards, outerwear, and accessories, competitive pricing on current-season gear, and big savings on previous seasons. Try gear on in person and take it home the same day.

Yes. The gear sale includes an on-site boot fitting area with pro fitters to dial in your fit before you buy.

Yes, SnowJam is family-friendly. Children 13 and under get in free with a paid adult. Lift ticket vouchers are a Membership benefit, so to give a child voucher access you would add a Membership for them.
At the event, General Admission is $19 and SnowJam Membership is $25.

Gear at the expo is sold by individual vendors, so equipment returns, refunds, and exchanges follow the selling vendor’s policy. All gear is brand new with a factory warranty.
