Data Collection
We have automated the process of collecting data at SnowJam. We provide participating exhibitors with a computer to scan attendees admission tickets when they visit your booth. After the event, we will provide you with a CCPR compliant list of all attendees who visited you at SnowJam. Make the most out of your interaction and stay top of mind throughout the winter season.
Exposure
Get into customers inbox in an instant with our proprietary scanning software. A customizable email is sent after the attendee visits your booth and is scanned. We take the hassle out of handing out paper vouchers by automating the process. Let SnowJam do the heavy lifting so you can focus on making a lasting impression.
Advertising
SnowJam will feature your show offer in our extensive marketing budget. This includes months of digital and social media campaigns, email marketing list comprised of over 100,000 skiers and snowboarders, TV station promotions, and a vast radio ad campaign covering all peak times.
Membership
SnowJam Members are looking to make the most out of their investment by utilizing the discounts they receive for signing up each winter season. Gain market share and increase exposure by offering an on-going discount to your resort, lodge, or shop. We advertise your benefit throughout the winter season via extensive email marketing and paid social media advertising.

Setup:
Thursday, Nov 9th 8am – 6pm

**Doors open at 4pm on Friday, Nov 10th, you must have your booth ready for opening
Exhibitor Parking:
All exhibitors must enter through the Fire Gate Entrance located at 2200 Jimmy Durante Blvd. Click here for Google Maps directions. Purchase an exhibitor parking pass for $15 (in & out privileges for all three days). Follow the road to the left (drive past RV’s and along the chain link fence). Take a hard right and park in the spaces closest to the Exhibit Hall. Head straight to the will call window at the center entrance (glass doors). We will direct you from there.
Arrive early to give yourself ample time to find the hall, park, and check in.
Teardown:
Very important: move-out will begin no earlier than 5:01 pm on Sunday, Nov 12th. Please do not break down your booth early for any reason, especially with the public inside the building. Per your contract, you are required to stay at your booth for all operating hours.
Booth:
Each 10’x10’ booth includes 8’x10’ pipe and drape backwall, 3’x’10 side railings, one 6’ skirted table, two chairs, small trash can.
Badges:
Badges will be given to you on site. Look for Customer Service / Will Call. A maximum of 6 exhibitor badges per booth.
Electricity:
Need Electricity? If you wish to have electricity run to your booth, please let us know before October 31st. Orders placed after November 1st will not be guaranteed. A 500w drop will cost $140.
Have Electricity? You will need your own extension cord / power strip. A 25 ft long extension cord works best.
Internet / Phone line:
WIFI is provided by the fairgrounds at an additional fee. No data or telephone lines will be available. The WIFI is VERY slow. We recommend purchasing a mobile hotspot. Data or telephone lines are not available so please plan accordingly.
Empty Trucks:
Store empty trucks / trailers in the Red Lot.

Tips For Success
SnowJam Expo Giveaway — Come up with a meaningful expo special. This can be a low season vacation discount, prize to generate interest in your company, free lift ticket offers, etc. SnowJam attendees will be directed to interface directly with your booth to claim your discount. We generate an automated response that is sent to the customers email in real-time. After the expo, we will share a list of every SnowJam attendee who visits your booth throughout the weekend.
SnowJam Membership Giveaway — You may also offer a discount throughout the season to SnowJam Members. We continue to advertise your offer throughout the season with our list of over 100,000+ active skiers and snowboarders. Your company will also have a dedicated webpage on our website advertising your offer.
Participation Levels
Exhibitors are invited to offer SnowJam attendees a special discount or incentive to visit your booth; for example, free or discounted lift tickets, enter-to-win vacation packages, rental packages, etc. We will publish your offer on our website and include it in our paid social media campaigns and our email marketing list of over 100,000 active skiers and snowboarders in order to drive traffic to your booth. We provide you with a computer and a custom built program to easily capture the name and email address of all attendees who visit your booth. An email is automatically sent to the customer containing your voucher or a custom message. We provide you with a CCPR compliant list of all attendees who visited your booth during SnowJam! Participating exhibitors will also receive a free virtual booth for added exposure and lead generation. More information can be found below.

What is the SnowJam Membership?
The SnowJam Membership was founded in 2009 in an effort to stimulate business between our vendors and expo attendees after the events took place. Our membership program has grown over the past decade to include 20,000+ active skiers and snowboarders per year with a revolving list of 100,000+ unique individuals who have joined in just the past 5 years.
Over the past decade, our live expos have evolved into our annual membership gathering. The SnowJam Ski & Snowboard Expos have become the place where members decide to take their winter vacations, gear up for the upcoming season, and gather to discuss and celebrate the sport.
SnowJam Members are looking to make the most out of their investment by utilizing the discounts they receive for signing up each winter season. Our program is a great way to gain market share, increase exposure, advertise your resort or lodge and create lifelong customers.
