How Do I Claim My Lift Tickets?
At the Live Event
Visit our resort and retail vendors in-person at the SnowJam Ski & Snowboard Expo! Display your SnowJam Membership to each booth at the show to claim each free lift ticket or show special!

At the Virtual Event
The SnowJam Virtual Experience is available for anybody who cannot make it to our live event. Access to the Virtual Experience will be available during the days/time of the live event. Click here to login to the Virtual Experience
Clothing & Equipment Sale
We compete with online prices
SnowJam Members are invited to our exclusive Ski & Snowboard Expo, where you’ll find a huge inventory of boots, bindings, gloves, goggles, skis, snowboards, and anything else you need to get ready for the winter! Our retailers compete with online prices. What sets SnowJam apart from online retailers? You get to try it on and take it home!
Get fitted by the experts
The best part of attending a SnowJam Expo is the fact that you can try your equipment on and take it home! We have a staff of over 100 experts on hand to make sure the pair of ski’s or snowboard is the right size, the boots fit just right, and your jacket matches your outfit.
Pick up your free lift tickets
Lift ticket vouchers, enter to win vacation packages, and other freebies can be claimed in person at the Ski & Snowboard Expo or online at the SnowJam Virtual Experience. Visit each participating resort booth to claim your vouchers! The virtual event will occur the same weekend as the live event.

Members can claim free and discount lift ticket vouchers from the comfort of your own home! Browse a series of virtual booths, where you can download the latest trail map, learn about the terrain, view resort amenities, and claim your FREE & discounted lift tickets!
Please note, ski & snowboard equipment will only be available at the live event. Lift tickets can be claimed beginning on Saturday, November 19th at 11a and end Sunday, November 20th at 5p.
Accessing the Virtual Experience is easy:
- Click here to login
- Select the Virtual Experience tab
- On mobile, click the Hamburger Icon in the top right (three lines)
- Select “Learn More” under the resorts Logo
- Wait for the timer to expire at the top of the screen
- Click Claim Deal
- Enter the next booth
