SnowJam 2026 – Terms and Conditions (updated 2/5/2025)
1. Introduction Welcome to SnowJam, operated by Mammoth Promotions Inc. DBA SnowJam (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing tickets, attending events, or engaging with our services, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.
2. Event Information SnowJam will take place on the following dates and locations:
San Diego – Del Mar Fairgrounds, November 20–22, 2026
Las Vegas – Las Vegas Convention Center, November 14–15, 2026
All attendees are required to comply with event policies, including but not limited to safety guidelines, ticketing rules, and exhibitor agreements.
3. Ticketing and Admission
All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are permitted unless required by law.
General admission tickets grant entry to the expo but do not include lift tickets.
The SnowJam Membership includes exclusive lift ticket offers and season-long discounts.
Lift ticket vouchers are non-transferable and must be redeemed in accordance with the specific ski resort’s policies.
4. Lift Ticket and Ski Resort Liability Disclaimer
SnowJam acts solely as a distributor of lift ticket vouchers and does not assume liability for any injuries, accidents, or deaths that may occur while using lift tickets obtained through SnowJam.
Skiing, snowboarding, and other winter sports are inherently dangerous activities. By using any lift ticket provided through SnowJam, the ticket holder assumes all risks associated with winter sports and agrees to hold SnowJam harmless from any claims, injuries, or damages arising from their participation.
All lift ticket holders must adhere to the specific terms and conditions set forth by the issuing ski resort. SnowJam is not responsible for any resort policies, closures, or limitations on ticket redemption.
5. Text Messaging (SMS) Communications
SnowJam offers guests the option to receive text message communications related to event updates, promotions, reminders, and membership benefits.
During checkout, guests are required to provide a phone number to complete their purchase. After entering their phone number, guests are presented with a separate, optional SMS consent checkbox. This checkbox is not required to complete a purchase.
By voluntarily checking this SMS consent box, you expressly agree to receive recurring automated promotional and informational text messages from SnowJam at the mobile number provided.

If you do not check the SMS consent box, you will not receive text messages from SnowJam.
SnowJam only sends SMS messages to guests who have provided explicit consent through this process.
6. Privacy and Data Protection (CCPA Compliance)
We collect personal data such as names, emails, phone numbers, and payment details to facilitate ticket purchases and event participation.
California residents have the right to request information about data collection, request deletion, and opt out of data sales. To exercise these rights, contact help@snowjamshow.com.
We do not sell personal data to third parties. However, we may share necessary information with partners or service providers to fulfill ticketing and promotional activities.
7. Exhibitor and Vendor Agreements
Exhibitors must comply with their respective contractual obligations, including booth setup and teardown policies.
Any early departure before the official event closing time may result in financial penalties.
8. Liability and Indemnification
SnowJam is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items during the event.
Attendees participate at their own risk. SnowJam is not liable for injuries, accidents, or disputes arising during the expo.
By attending, you grant SnowJam permission to use event photos/videos for marketing purposes.
9. Cancellations and Event Modifications
SnowJam reserves the right to modify event dates, hours, or locations due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather, venue issues, or regulatory mandates.
If an event is canceled, refund policies will be communicated based on the circumstances.
10. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in Riverside County, California.
