Activate Your Lift Ticket Vouchers

Free and discounted lift ticket offers are available only with a SnowJam Membership.

To activate your vouchers, your SnowJam Membership must be scanned at the entrance of the live SnowJam Expo. Once your Membership is scanned, your eligible lift ticket vouchers are activated and sent to you by email.

General Admission does not include lift ticket vouchers.

If you purchased General Admission and want access to the lift ticket offers, you may upgrade to a SnowJam Membership at the expo. The upgrade must be completed before you leave the event.

Accessing Your Vouchers

After your SnowJam Membership is scanned, your lift ticket voucher email should arrive shortly afterward.

Your vouchers can also be accessed through your SnowJam ticket account under the Lift Tickets section.

Before leaving the expo, make sure you can access your vouchers. If you do not receive them or have trouble accessing your account, visit SnowJam staff at the entrance for assistance.

Important Rules

• Lift ticket offers are valid for the 2026/27 winter season unless otherwise stated.

• Each eligible Membership can activate its lift ticket offers one time.

• General Admission and free children’s admission do not include lift ticket vouchers.

• Each resort sets its own redemption procedures, restrictions, blackout dates, operating schedule, and availability.

• Some offers are valid only on certain days of the week.

• Some offers require advance online redemption.

• Offers cannot be combined with other promotions unless specifically permitted by the resort.

• Lift ticket vouchers have no cash value and cannot be refunded.

• Resort offers are subject to change, availability, weather, operating conditions, and resort policies.

Always review the instructions printed on your individual voucher before making plans to visit the resort.

Blackout Dates

Many SnowJam lift ticket offers exclude peak holiday periods and other high-demand dates.

Common blackout periods may include:

• Christmas and New Year’s

• Martin Luther King Jr. weekend

• Presidents’ Day weekend

• Other resort-specific dates

Blackout dates vary by resort. Your individual voucher contains the specific blackout dates, valid days, and restrictions that apply to that offer.

Redeeming Your Lift Ticket

Each resort has its own redemption process.

Your voucher will include:

• The resort and lift ticket offer

• Valid dates or days of the week

• Blackout dates

• Redemption instructions

• Any required promo code or voucher number

• The website or location where the offer must be redeemed

Some offers require you to redeem online before visiting the resort. Follow the instructions on the voucher carefully, including any advance-purchase requirements.

Children and Families

Children age 13 and under receive free admission to SnowJam when accompanied by a paid adult, but free children’s admission does not include lift ticket vouchers.

If you would like a child to receive the eligible SnowJam lift ticket offers, they must have their own SnowJam Membership and that Membership must be scanned at the expo.

Can’t Attend?

A SnowJam Membership must be scanned at the live expo to activate its lift ticket vouchers.

If the Membership holder cannot attend, another person may bring the Membership ticket to the event and have it scanned on their behalf.

Memberships that are not scanned during the expo do not qualify for lift ticket vouchers.

Resort Policies

SnowJam distributes promotional lift ticket offers provided by participating resorts. Each resort controls its own redemption policies, blackout dates, operating calendar, closures, capacity restrictions, and other requirements.

SnowJam is not responsible for resort closures, weather conditions, operational changes, or a guest’s failure to follow the redemption instructions associated with an offer.
