Activating your vouchers

Free & discounted lift tickets are available only with a SnowJam Membership. You must attend the live event and have your membership scanned at the door to activate your vouchers. Some resorts are claimed at the front door; others are claimed at the resort’s booth — check each offer.

Accessing your tickets

After the event, log in at SnowJamShow.com and visit the “Lift Tickets” tab to access and confirm your vouchers. If you have any issues, revisit the entrance for assistance before leaving — tickets cannot be redeemed after the event.

The rules

• Valid for the 2026/27 winter season only.
• Vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable, and have no cash value.
• One per guest unless otherwise stated; cannot be combined with other specials.
• Some offers are limited in quantity or offered as enter-to-win.
• Each offer follows the issuing resort’s own terms, hours, and operating calendar.

Blackout dates

Most offers exclude peak holiday periods. Typical blackout windows include:

• Christmas / New Year
• MLK weekend
• Presidents’ weekend

Exact blackout dates vary by resort and are listed with each offer on the event page.

Family & children

Lift ticket vouchers are not available with free children’s admission or General Admission. To unlock vouchers for your child, purchase a SnowJam Membership for them.
