Virtual Exprience FAQ

Our team is working hard to adapt to the unknown circumstances due to COVID-19. We have developed an online version of our events for LIFT TICKET REDEMPTION to all participating resorts. 

In regards to an in person EQUIPMENT SALE, we are UNABLE to host the live equipment sale at the Las Vegas Convention Center.

We are working with the state of California to produce a Winter Clearance Swap in San Diego in January 2021. We are taking all necessary steps that the state has outlined thus far. As of now, we are currently waiting to hear back from the state regarding whether our event can be held. If given approval, face masks will be required and social distancing rules will be strictly enforced. More information can be found on our San Diego page.

First, you must purchase and register a SnowJam Membership.

To enter the Virtual Experience, click on the button above titled, “Enter the Virtual Experience!”. This will only be active the days of the event!

Select the resort logo to enter that resort’s virtual booth. Follow the instruction found within each booth. 

Make sure you enter your information EXACTLY as it is shown on your SnowJam Membership document.

After following the booths’ requirements and filling out the form on each page, lift ticket vouchers will be sent via email within 24 hours.

Yes, each confirmed benefit is a part of the SnowJam Virtual Experience and included with your SnowJam Membership. In order to claim all offers, you must visit each booth during the Virtual Experience and fill out the forms.  

No, through the SnowJam Virtual Experience, you can only claim one free or discounted lift ticket to each resort per person. 

No, you are subject to the resort offers in your region.

Multiple attempts to receive benefits may result in cancellation of your SnowJam Membership. 

It is with a heavy heart that we announce SnowJam will not be hosting a live clothing and equipment sale in Las Vegas. After 14 years of producing SnowJam Las Vegas, we are devastated by this news and cannot wait until we can gather together again in 2021.

Our Winter Clearance Swap is pending state approval in San Diego only. At this time, we cannot guarantee the sale will occur however, we are planning to host the event in January 2021.

Yes, lift ticket vouchers will be emailed to you. Please print and bring the voucher to the designated resort when you wish to use it.  If you loose or misplace your voucher, we cannot re-issue it. 

First, check your junk/spam/bulk folder or search for emails sent from ” no-reply@snowjamcard.com “
