Yes, we will have professional boot fitters on-site to assist you in finding the perfect ski or snowboard boots. Our team will ensure that your boots fit comfortably and provide the support you need for the slopes.
Lift tickets cannot be redeemed after the event. Please make sure you have your SnowJam Membership scanned at the front door. You can log in to SnowJamShow.com and visit the “Lift Tickets” tab to access and confirm your vouchers. If you encounter any issues, feel free to revisit the entrance for assistance before leaving the event.
Yes, SnowJam San Diego is a family-friendly event, and kids are welcome! While there are no specific children’s activities, we offer great deals on gear for all ages, and children under 13 receive free admission. Please note, lift ticket vouchers are not available for General Admission or childrens free admission.
You may purchase the SnowJam Membership for your child in order to receive lift ticket vouchers.
