The following COVID protocols are subject to change without notice. Check back often for the most up-to-date information.

We are required to adhere to the following guidelines by the state of California. Please understand the following rules and restrictions are written out by the California Department of Public Health and we MUST adhere to every detail to remain open. Please do your part and allow our staff to provide you with another great SnowJam this year. We thank you for your patience, understanding, and most of all, your support!

California Department of Public Health (CDPH) Mandate

The following applies to all individuals attending and working SnowJam 2021:

  1. All vaccine eligible individuals must present the following to attend:
    • Verification of fully vaccinated status or negative COVID-19 test.
      • The COVID-19 test result must be taken 72 hours prior to arrival.
    • A matching picture ID will be required alongside either the vaccine card or negative COVID-19 test.
    • SnowJam Membership document – only available online.
  2. If you cannot provide vaccine verification:
    • Provide a negative COVID test taken no more than 72 hours prior to arrival at SnowJam.
  3. Self-attestation will not work as a verification method. In order to enter SnowJam, all attendees must use the verification methods listed above.
  4. You must wear a face mask at all times. This applies to individuals standing in line outside as well as inside the show. This rule applies to both Vaccinated and Non-Vaccinated guests.

*California residents can obtain a digital record of their vaccine status at – save the digital record on your cell phone and be ready to display it at the front doors.

Other things to note:

  • Masks must be worn at all times – this includes standing in line outside. 
  • No box office – SnowJam admission must be purchased online at
  • Temperature checks will be conducted upon entry.
  • Turn your phone brightness up to 100% to allow touch-free scanning of your SnowJam Memberships. Touch-free scanning will be available at the vendor booths and front door.
  • 6’ social distance should be observed wherever possible.
  • Food and Beverage will be sold and consumed outside the show only.
  • Hand sanitizing stations will be available in main aisles throughout the show, please use them often.
  • Increased cross-ventilation inside the building. 
  • Increased sanitizing of doors, restrooms and other public areas.
