Snow Valley’s new ownership group, Alterra has notified SnowJam Management that the resort is expected to reach capacity every Saturday through March 4th and during President’s Day Weekend. SnowJam Members will be turned away once Snow Valley reaches capacity. This news is important for those planning a visit to the resort during these key dates.
When the resort reaches capacity, no un-ticketed guests, including SnowJam Member’s will be admitted. It is recommended that guests plan their visit accordingly to avoid disappointment. This can include arriving early on weekends and holidays, choosing to ride midweek, or carpooling with friends to secure parking availability.
To ensure a great time at Snow Valley, consider these tips for the rest of the season:
- Arrive Early on Weekends and Holidays: If you plan on visiting Snow Valley during peak days, make sure to arrive within the first hour of operation to beat the crowds.
- Ride on Weekdays: Avoid the weekend crowds and take advantage of ample parking and minimal lines by visiting the resort during the week.
- Limited Parking Availability: Parking at Snow Valley can be limited on busy days, so arrive early to secure your spot. There are plenty of spaces available within the first hour of operation.
- Carpool: Consider sharing a ride with friends to save on gas and ensure parking availability.
IKON Pass holders will be allowed to ride at Snow Valley beginning February 20th, 2023. Alterra is anticipating a VERY busy weekend 2/24-26. Please plan accordingly.
