This year, due to COVID-19, SnowJam will look a little different. Our live clothing and equipment sale, know as the Winter Clearance Sale, is only available in San Diego. In lieu of hosting local resorts at the in-person event, we’ve moved toward an online platform known as the Virtual Experience. To maximize everything that the SnowJam Membership has to offer, join us in person at the Winter Clearance Sale and online for the Virtual Experience. As always, our Membership continues to save you on lift tickets and lodging throughout the winter season. Visit us in person and online during the dates and time of the event in your region to access our sale and free lift ticket offers.
Yes, due to COVID-19 & capacity restrictions, all guests must make a reservation to attend the Winter Clearance Sale.
Each Member in your party must reserve a day and time to attend. This includes kiddos.
Limit one time slot per person. SnowJam Members who select more than one time slot for different days/times will forfeit all time slots.
Attendance will be limited and controlled strictly, no walkups available.
Kids 12 and younger receive free admission into the Sale! Please limit ONE kids admission per paid adult. A kids admission ticket will be given to you upon entry.
You must make a reservation for the day/time to attend for each member in your party.
To ensure safety, attendees and staff must adhere to state guidelines. The sale is restricted to SnowJam Members only. Advanced ticket purchase and date/time reservations must be made ahead of attending the sale. Masks are required and social distancing will be enforced. Hand sanitizer stations will be placed throughout the sale. We appreciate your cooperation and we cannot wait to kick off the winter season with you!

Use the information found on your SnowJam Membership Document to login to the Virtual Experience. You will be taken through two resort booths. Verify that the information is correct in the form located at the bottom of each booth. Select accept and claim to proceed.
The information you need is located on the PDF located in the email receipt after you purchase your SnowJam Membership.
If there are errors in the member number or email address you input into the form at the booth, you will not receive your lift tickets. Make sure you enter the information required exactly as it is shown on you Membership.
Snow Valley lift ticket will be sent by November 16th.
Brian Head lift ticket will be sent by November 27th.
No, you can only claim one free lift ticket to each resort per person.
No, you are subject to the resort offers in your region.
Multiple attempts to receive benefits may result in cancellation of your SnowJam Membership.
San Diego Virtual Experience offers are available to California residents only.
Las Vegas Virtual Experience offers are available to Nevada residents only.
Yes, lift ticket vouchers will be emailed to you. Please print and bring the voucher to the designated resort when you wish to use it. If you loose or misplace your voucher, we cannot re-issue it.
