SnowJam Members have access to a percentage of Snow Valleys daily attendance per day. On days that Snow Valley is sold out, there is a likelihood that the SnowJam Member discounts could run out. How it Works

Print or screenshot your SnowJam member document or Admission ticket.
Present your SnowJam Membership to the Guest Services Window.
A Snow Valley representative will scan the barcode and issue the respective lift ticket.
Make sure to bring your ID with you!

Where do I redeem my free or half price lift tickets?

Bring your SnowJam Membership/Admission ticket to the Guest Services window at Snow Valley. A Snow Valley associate will scan your membership & provide you with the respective lift ticket depending on the number of times you’ve visited the resort.

Can I get lift tickets for my friends or family?

No, lift tickets will be given to SnowJam Members only. You must have attended a SnowJam Expo or purchased a SnowJam Membership to redeem this benefit.

Do kids need to present identification to redeem lift tickets?

Yes, valid forms of identification include school ID, driving permit or ID card.

How long is the SnowJam Membership valid?

The SnowJam Membership is valid through the 2020/2021 winter season. Once Snow Valley closes for their winter operations, the SnowJam Membership is no longer valid.
